Right of Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation, customers purchasing products online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date they receive their order, without providing any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting your request electronically through the Withdrawal Request section available in your customer account, or through any other durable communication method made available by us.

To submit your request:

• Follow the link provided in the footer or within your customer account
• Complete and submit the withdrawal request form

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay, including the date and time of submission.

The online withdrawal function is provided for convenience and complies with applicable legal requirements, but does not restrict your right to withdraw by other means.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and using the original payment method, where required by law.

Return of Products

Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, products should be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal request.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by law, including but not limited to:

• Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised
• Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life
• Sealed hygiene or health protection products that have been unsealed after delivery
• Any other goods or services excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable law.
