Returns Policy
If you changed your mind you can return the items according to the below conditions:
- Your return must take place within 14 days of delivery.
- Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Items must have all brands’ tags attached.
- Customers in Cyprus, may return the items to any SHOEBOX physical store.
- The cost of the returns at SHOEBOX headquarters must be paid by the customer.
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to SHOEBOX. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
- Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately upon their receipt.
- We reserve the right not to refund the amount of purchase, if the return falls outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
- We will issue a full refund (excluding delivery cost and cash on delivery charge).
NOTE: Exchanges and returns are not accepted on outlet items
